Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our design specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, construction management, or a related field, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsible For
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions as needed.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and timelines, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among all site personnel.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
